Warning: Studio Deletion is Irreversible
Deleting your PicTik Photographer Account results in the complete and permanent removal of all your hosting assets. Once processed, the following actions will occur:
- All active and archived event galleries hosted under your studio will be deleted.
- Your clients and event guests will instantly lose access to their matched photographs.
- All raw image uploads, processed matches, custom watermark assets, and studio logos will be destroyed.
- Any remaining upload credit balances in your wallet will be permanently forfeited and are non-refundable.
- All active subscription plans will be canceled immediately.
Just want to stop monthly billing?
Instead of permanently purging your studio profile, you can pause your account. This suspends active recurring subscriptions and restricts new event creation, while keeping your existing event galleries online for past clients.
